Hassle Warrantly Claiming

If you’re in the VisMin area and need to claim your warranty, note that the only service center is in Quezon City, requiring you to cover the shipping cost. I initially replaced the purifier within the 7-day period at S&R, but it still had issues and just noticed it last December that it is always at 005. After purchasing a new filter and spending Php 3700, it remains defective, and now I must ship it to Quezon City for warranty claim—quite inconvenient.
