Return/Refund Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE

The Clean Room will accept returns (your product in exchange for a replacement unit) within seven (7) business days after the delivery date of products that are in the following conditions:

  • The item sent is not the unit that was ordered. 
  • The item has factory defects. 

For items that meet these conditions [RETURN/EXCHANGE], kindly contact the Intech Group Customer Service team at customerservice@thecleanroom.net. For wrongly delivered items, please ensure that the package has not been opened or damaged. Under these conditions, Intech Group Innovations Corp. will not refund the full amount or price difference for the damaged item. If the exchange item is higher, customer will pay for the price difference.

Once the shop team has checked the product and is deemed approved for replacement, Intech Group Innovations Corp. will send the replacement unit to the customer’s shipping address within seven (7) working days. 

REFUND

We will accept refunds within seven (7) business days after the purchase date of products that are in the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product if the customer no longer wants a replacement unit. 
  • Product was not delivered.
  • Product was wrongly advertised
  • Wrong product was delivered and customer no longer wants the item to be replaced with the correct order. 

For items that meets the REFUND criteria, Intech Group will coordinate with the customer to pull out the item delivered. Bank charges incurred for the said  transaction will be debited from the amount to be refunded to the customer. 

Customer and the seller must both agree for the return/refund process to commence. Once item has been returned to seller, customer should allow the seller to perform quality-check again on the product before refund can be fully approved.
