Processing and delivery lead time within Metro Manila is 1-3 working days. This excludes weekends and holidays. Once processed, our deliveries are coursed through 3rd party couriers (Grab, Lalamove, Transportify, WExpress and J&T). For provincial addresses, confirmed orders will be picked up within 2-3 business days by our partner couriers (ie J&T Express and W Express). The tracking numbers are provided via email as soon as items are picked up by our third party courier partners such as LBC, W Express, J&T Express. Rest assured though that our shop team will do their best to process and ship your orders at the soonest possible time. Due to limitations brought about by this pandemic, the delivery schedule is dependent on the customer’s location/LGU restrictions.

Once the fulfillment notification is triggered for orders within Metro Manila, this means that your order has left our warehouse and has been turned over to our third-party couriers. Kindly expect the delivery within the day or within the next few days.
For provincial orders, the fulfillment notification will include your parcel’s AWB and link to the courier’s website so you may track your order.
